About Us
We are a 100% family-owned and locally operated collision repair business committed to providing meticulous workmanship, premium finish quality, and a highly personal customer experience. Since opening our doors three years ago, we have intentionally maintained a smaller team so each vehicle receives the time, attention, and care required to complete the repair properly.
Our approach to collision repair is centered around quality over throughput. We are not a high-volume production shop focused on moving vehicles through the facility as quickly as possible. Our repair times may be longer than those of some production-focused collision repair shops in the area, but we believe that taking the necessary time to perform a repair correctly is an important part of delivering quality workmanship.
We follow an OEM+ collision repair philosophy. When OEM parts are used, the applicable OEM repair procedures are followed. Our team is highly detail-oriented, and we hold our work to the same standards we would expect for our own family’s vehicles. Our goal is not simply to make a vehicle look repaired—it is to complete the repair with careful attention to fit, finish, workmanship, and the overall quality of the finished vehicle.
Our philosophy is customer-centric, transparent, and honest. When appropriate and depending on the repair, we may assist with an insurance deductible or address certain unrelated prior damage at no additional charge when it makes practical sense to do so. We believe these decisions should be made based on the individual vehicle and circumstances rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
We take particular pride in our workmanship history. Since opening, we have not had a workmanship-related repair return to our shop, and we have experienced zero paint failures on vehicles we have repaired throughout our operation. These results reflect the high standards we set for ourselves and the level of care we put into every repair.
As a family-owned local business, we understand that a vehicle is more than just transportation.
